2011 Meet Info
New information coming soon on 2011 Series!
Race day registration opens at 5:00 p.m and first event begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp. All meets are held at Texas School for the Deaf, located at 1102 South Congress Avenue.
These are all comer track meets from ages 2-92. If you fall between those ranges (heck, if you’re a couple of years outside of those, we’ll still take you!) you’re more than welcome to attend.
Order of events:
- 3200m run
- 5om run
- 300m hurdles
- 200m run
- 800m run
- 100m dash
- Long Jump – 7pm
- 400m run
- 1600m run
- 4×400 relay
- *5k featuring some of good high school runners in Austin. This is an open race…just show up!
The Twilight meets are intended to provide a venue for summer racing in a laid back, informal environment. Keeping with the theme, we hand out awards for various and random races at each meet. For $5 you can register for all the events you want, and for $20 you can pay for all of the Twilight meets and run all of the events you desire. Heats are seeded by projected finishing time given by each participant and we run the meet on a rolling schedule.
